Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Abstractika Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:
You have up to 15 days after receiving your item to return it.

1. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, you have up to 15 days after receiving it to request the exchange. You can exchange for other item for similar price, other color, or size
- Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
- You must provide proof of shipment or a tracking number so we can track the return.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item via express mail (we cover the cost), so you can receive it as quickly as possible.
Sale Items (Clearance and ZERO Waste):
Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All clearance sales are final.
2. Returns:
You may return eligible items within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return and exchanges Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, and with original tags attached. We will not accept returns of items that do not meet these conditions.
- Proper packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging or appropriate packaging to ensure protection during shipping.
- We love animals, but for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items with pet hair, odors, stains, dirt, or any signs of wear. All items must be returned in their original clean and unworn condition.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
The refund amount will include the value of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive defective.
Processing Times:
Once we receive your return, processing may take 3 to 5 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed and the new item has been shipped.
International Returns:
If returning from outside Spain, make sure to pay all applicable duties or taxes. Any packages arriving with unpaid charges will be refused.
3. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@abstractikaclothing.com and include your order number.
If you cancel your order and it has already been shipped, you must return the item at your own expense. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued for the value of the product(s) only. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
